1. What is Chajia Co.?

Glad you asked! Chajia Co. is your one-stop tea shop, connecting you to artisan teas that make the supermarket tea bags look like boring wallflowers at the tea dance. We’re here to help you sip on high-quality teas while supporting small, passionate producers who put the “art” in “artisan.”

2. Where are you based?

We’re proudly brewed in Sydney, Australia! Specifically, our office is where the kettle is always on, and the biscuits mysteriously disappear.

3. What types of teas do you offer?

A better question might be, “What teas don’t we offer?” From black and green teas to oolong, white, and herbal blends, we’ve got a tea for every mood. Feeling fancy? We’ve got you. Feeling frazzled? We’ve got you there too. (Tea therapy is real!)

4. Do you sell tea accessories?

Not yet, but trust us—we’re on it like a cat on a laser pointer. For now, we're focused on finding your favourite teas. Accessories like teapots and infusers are coming soon to help you steep like a pro.

5. Where do you ship to?

Right now, we’re keeping it cozy in Australia. If you’re elsewhere, hang tight—we’re working on expanding faster than a tea leaf in hot water.

6. How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs vary based on your location and order weight, but we offer free shipping on orders over $70. It’s our way of saying, “Buy more tea; your kettle will thank you.”

7. How should I store my tea?

Treat your tea like a vampire: keep it away from sunlight, heat, and moisture. Airtight containers are your tea’s best friend—they help preserve freshness and flavor, so your tea doesn’t taste like your spice rack.

8. Do you provide brewing instructions?

Absolutely! Each tea comes with brewing instructions and tasting notes from our tea masters, because we want your cup to be more “heavenly brew” and less “oops, that's bitter.”

9. Can I return or exchange my tea?

As long as the package is unopened, yes! But let’s be real—why would you return tea? If something’s wrong, let us know within 14 days, and we’ll make it right. Life’s too short for tea regrets.
